About The Moresby Group

Founded by senior procurement leaders. AI-powered. Embedded with the world's largest enterprises.

The Moresby Group is an AI-enabled procurement services firm for the world’s largest companies. We negotiate directly with our clients’ incumbent suppliers to find meaningful savings across their long-tail indirect and direct spend. Documented, audit-ready, and visible inside one fiscal quarter.

Grew Up in Procurement

Founded by senior procurement leaders in 2016 to scale execution independently. Built on the foundation of elite procurement methodology refined across hundreds of Fortune 1000 engagements. Every negotiator on the bench is a procurement specialist, not a generalist consultant.

Early in Data and AI

Realizing the power of data in negotiations, The Moresby Group gathered and structured supplier data from Day 1, building a unique database with over 2M data points from more than 100,000 negotiations. The Negotiation Genius AI platform now puts this data to work in creating an unrivaled enabler for highly effective negotiations at superior speed and scale.

Winning Together

The gain-share model is aligned with our mission to win together with our partners. Compensation is aligned to outcomes you can verify, supplier by supplier. Clients are multi-year partners that keep coming back for more.
